Paul O’Toole is the Head of Business Development for the Momentum Independent Network, leading advisor acquisition efforts. His primary focus is to attract experienced, growth-oriented advisors. Paul also leads Business Acquisition and Advisor Succession Planning efforts to support the existing advisor population.
