Todd Owen serves as Head of Advisor Transitions for Hilltop Securities Inc. (HilltopSecurities) and Momentum Independent Network Inc. and is responsible for overseeing the Advisor Transitions Team.  With his extensive experience in operations, project management, and customer service, he understands the importance of successful and efficient transitions and is focused on providing high touch solutions for every new advisor that joins HilltopSecurities and Momentum Independent Network Inc.

  • Joined First Southwest Company in 1986 (now Hilltop Securities Inc.)
  • Has more than 38 years of experience in the brokerage industry, with a specific emphasis on back-office operations, project management and process efficiency.
  • Has served in several leadership roles at HilltopSecurities, including Head of Advisor Transitions, Director of Special Projects/Process Improvement and Senior Vice President of Relationship Management and Clearing Services.
  • Worked as Senior Vice President, Head of Operations at First Southwest Company prior to the merger with HilltopSecurities.
